Our full line of PES and PVDF tubular UF membranes are available in 5mm or 8mm diameter and a variety of pore sizes, housed in either GFRP or PVC-U housings.
For high-strength wastewater and process streams, Berghof Membranes offers chemical resistant (CR) tubular UF able to withstand highly concentrated alkaline detergents and chemicals.
Tubular UF Membrane Modules, Ridge-M™
One of the tedious bottlenecks in high-solids ultrafiltration is the excessive accumulation of solids on the membrane surface, resulting in fouling or clogging of the membrane. With the development of our new patented Ridge-M™ membrane technology, which offers an enhanced self-cleaning effect, the build-up of foulants on the surface of the membrane is prevented. This results in a higher, more stable permeate flow that yields better permeability, thus a higher permeate flux.
Tubular UF Membrane Modules, HyperFlux™
The membrane modules of our high-solids tubular membranes makes them ideally suited for high-strength wastewaters and MBR applications while maintaining superior fouling resistance. Berghof Membranes offers a variety of membrane modules of glass fiber reinforced plastic (GFRP) and polyvinyl chloride (PVC). Both module types are available with backwashable and non-backwashable membranes.
